专利摘要:
The packaging for liquids is made of cardboard or similar material which has been suitably treated to make it impervious to the liquid. The package has a pourer which is opened by tearing, the tear-off strip being formed by a line of perforations, with a strip of synthetic material welded inside the package at the level of perforations. The perforated line is in the form of a loop and there is a region of the internal covering strip at the end of the perforation opposite the pourer end which is not welded to the tear-off cardboard strip.

专利说明:

The invention relates to packaging, in particular to packaging for liquids of moisture-proof material. A known package for liquids of moisture-proof material, containing a tear-off strip formed by a perforation line formed in the wall, a protective strip welded from the inside of the package to the walls of the ke around the perforation line and to the tear-off strip to form the drain hole 1 when it is separated. The purpose of the invention is to form a hole of a predetermined shape while ensuring the sealing of the package. This goal is achieved by the fact that the welding seam between the tear-off and protective strips is located along the perimeter of the section, which forms a drain hole when it is peeled off. The invention relates to a packaging of any kind of moisture impermeable material having at least one flat face on which perforations can be stamped and, on the inner side of the packaging material, attach a protective strip of synthetic material. FIG. 1 and 2 show the formation of a perforation line to form a tear strip; in FIG. 3, the attachment of the protective strip by heat sealing to the packaging material in the area of the perforation line; in fig. 4, the package is open, an embodiment of a perforation line in the shape of a rectangle; in fig. 5 is a cut view of the material with a partial cut-out and a print hole; in fig. 6 packaging, top view; in fig. 7 and 8, a package with a hole on the upper end wall, in isometry; in fig. 9 and 10 - the inner side of the upper end wall; Figs 11 and 12 are an embodiment of a drain. holes in the middle of the wall. The packaging material consists of a middle layer 1 of the base, covered with a double film with a synthetic film. On the inner side of the package there is a slightly thickened polyethylene film 2, and on the opposite side of layer 1 there is a thinner polyethylene film 3, which in the finished package forms the outer shell and protects the base layer 1, consisting of cardboard or paper, from moisture penetration. The knife 4 of the cutting arrangement enters from the side of the film 2 and cuts all three layers (film 3 is cut at a point or along a line). The knife 4, when cut, presses on the roller 5. The wedge of the knife 4 bends inward the film 2, the material of the layer 1 Penetrates partly in the cutting section forward in the direction of the cutting edge of the knife 4, and deformation is almost not observed. Due to this, despite the presence of a cut through the film 3, optimum protection against moisture from the environment is provided,
From the side of the film 2, the area in the perforation zone is closed with a protective strip of 6 from the same material, such as polyethylene. The protective strip b is welded (heat-sealed) with the film 2. The back pressure layer (cheek), cor, consisting of rubber or similar material, provides the necessary pressing pressure during the welding process. The protective strip 6 in the cut zone is pressed into the widened areas, which in areas 8 weaken (thin) the packaging material, as a result of which the perforation line is broken without much effort.
The loop of the perforation line 9 (Fig. 4) passes through the sealing edge 10 to the free outer edge 11, and a passage in the transverse direction below the outer, bent, bevelled edges 12 forms the tip tip 13. Thus, the perforation line 9 is closed. At the same time, there is a non-welded zone 14 between the protective strip b located on the inner side of the package and the packaging material in the region bounded by the perforation line 9. Due to this, there is an auxiliary member for printing a hole 15, forming the ave. the separation along the perforation line 9 of the packaging material section of the tear strip 16. Around the three, forming zone 14, edges 17, where the perforation line 9 passes into the cutting line 18, a section 19 is provided without a welded joint between the protective strip 6 and the packaging material to make it easier and it is easier to stretch the tear-off strip 16, which in eon 14 is under increased tension.
Parallel to the sealing edge 10 (Fig. 5), a bend line is formed, forming in the assembled package the boundary edge 20 at the base of the three corner, its protuberance. Perpendicular to the edge 20 on both sides of the midline. The bending line 21 passes through the perforation line 9, passing into the cutting line 18 in zone 14, as a result of which the loop of the perforation line 9 can be closed. Lines 22 intersect boundary edge 20 in vein
corners of a square or a rhombus, the other two vertices of which lie where line 21 runs from one side to the middle of zone 14, and from the other side to edge 10 of the embedment. Square or rhombus has line 23 embossed. Line 24 is imaginary and only shows the place where the opening tip 13 will be located when opening the mounted package.
FIG. Figure 6 shows the package after opening and reshaping, prying with fixation along the welded edge 25. A necessary condition is that the distance e between the boundary edge 20 and the tip of the tip 13 be greater than the distance between the edge edge 20 and the welded edge 25
The top wall 26 of the package (Figures 7 and 8) is bounded by an edge 20 and lines 22. A protrusion 27 is attached to an adjacent side wall 28, roughly in the middle of which the sealing edge 10 passes, and sealed by heat sealing. The perforation line 9 is closed and can pass along the boundary edge 20 or next to it in the projection 27.
Since there are areas free from a welded joint between the tear strip 16 and the protective strip 6, after removing the tear strip 16 (Fig. 11 and 12), the rectangular zone of the protective strip 6, covered by the perforation line 9, is released in the upper wall 26. protective strip 6 are air 28 and drain holes 15.
The edge of the drain hole 15 is slightly tattered, which also impairs the drainage process. Drain 15 and air holes 28 are formed due to the fact that the tear 16 and protective 6 strips are welded to one another and the welding seam is located along the perimeter of the section that forms these holes when it is torn off.
FIG. 9 and 10, the shaded areas indicate the heat-sealing area between the protective strip 6 and the inner side of the package. The tearing is performed along the perforation line 9, starting from the side opposite the boundary edge 20. With the tearing off, first detach the section of the tear strip 16 that is not welded to the protective strip 6, then tear off a portion of the protective strip 6 welded to the tear strip 16 to form the holes 29 for the passage of air, and then a section of the protective strip 6 is welded to the tear-off strip 16 to form a drain hole 15 along the weld edge. Thus, the drain hole 15 and the holes 29 are preliminarily anufacture packaging, namely for welding peelable protective bands 16 and one 6
on the other hand, a specific shape can be defined, determined by the shape and placement of the weld. For example, the drain hole 15 may be made in the form of a house or window, etc., and the holes 29 may be round, elongated, etc.
When the strip 16 is torn off, the edge 30 of the hole 15 is somewhat stretched due to the resistance to tearing of the protective strip 6.
Drain hole 15 may be offset relative to the wall: 26 (Fig. 7 and 8). To facilitate stripping of the strip 16, preferably the weld, bounding the weld zone, should be zigzag. With this placement of the welded section. After the separation of the strip 1 & A tab 31 remains in the package, used as an auxiliary element for draining.
The perforation line 9, which passes at the boundary edge 20, allows easy capture and detachment of the strip 16 in the direction from the edge 20 to the middle of the wall 26. With the separation in this setting (Fig. 12), a drain hole is formed at the free edges of the welded section between the polo: themselves 6 and 16. There is a tab 32, which can be used in the Kaf | auxiliary element for; drain and ..
Thus, the shape and size. The drain hole 15 may be predetermined in the manufacture of the package by imparting a certain shape to the welded seam and the welded portion between the tear strip 16 and the protective strip .6.
